Permanent Makeup Booking & Cancellation Policy

 

 

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING.

By scheduling an appointment for any permanent makeup service, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are legally binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 

 

 

Deposits

 

 

• ALL DEPOSITS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.

• Deposits secure your appointment time, artist availability, preparation, and materials.

• Deposits are forfeited in the event of cancellation, rescheduling outside the allowed timeframe, or no-shows.

• Deposits apply only to the original scheduled appointment unless otherwise stated in writing.

 

 

 

 

 

Services Rendered

 

 

• ALL PERMANENT MAKEUP SERVICES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.

• Permanent makeup is a cosmetic tattoo procedure, and results may vary due to skin type, lifestyle, aftercare compliance, medical conditions, and individual healing response.

• No refunds, credits, or partial refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, pigment retention, color variation, fading, or personal preference.

• Touch-ups, corrections, or additional sessions are not included unless explicitly stated at the time of booking.

 

 

 

 

 

Rescheduling Policy

 

 

• A minimum of 48 hours’ written notice is required to reschedule an appointment.

• Appointments rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in forfeiture of the original deposit and will require an additional deposit to rebook.

• Same-day rescheduling is treated as a cancellation and subject to the same penalties.

 

 

 

 

 

No-Show Policy

 

 

• Failure to arrive for your appointment without proper notice will be considered a NO-SHOW.

• No-shows automatically forfeit their deposit and will be required to submit an additional deposit to secure any future appointment.

• Repeated no-shows may result in permanent refusal of service at the artist’s discretion.

 

 

 

 

 

Late Arrival

 

 

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

• Late arrivals are not guaranteed full service time and may require rescheduling with an additional deposit.

 

 

 

 

 

Client Responsibility & Consent

 

 

• Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all pre-care, contraindications, and aftercare instructions prior to booking.

• Failure to disclose medical conditions, medications, or contraindications may result in refusal of service without refund.

• By booking, you consent to the permanent nature of cosmetic tattooing and acknowledge that results cannot be guaranteed.

 

 

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

 

• By booking, you expressly agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for non-refundable deposits or services rendered.

• Any chargeback attempts will be contested with signed consent forms, booking confirmations, and this published policy as evidence.

• Clients initiating chargebacks may be banned from future services.

 

 

 

 

 

Policy Enforcement

 

 

• These policies apply to all clients without exception.

• Policies are subject to change without notice; however, the policy in effect at the time of booking will apply.

• The artist reserves the right to refuse service to any client who fails to comply with these terms.

 

 

 

 

 

Agreement & Acknowledgment

 

 

By booking an appointment, submitting a deposit, and receiving services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms outlined above. No exceptions. No refunds. No transfers.
